Aloha all...
On the 2nd, Kolo knocked on my door and said "Quick...get your camera." I went outside, saw the double rainbow then got my camera. I was going to do a quick stitch photo for this page, but couldn't get the parts to match without spending too much time. Anyway, here are three of the photos:

I made a batch of spaghetti and went out to Polihale for the Fourth of July. Most of the photos for this page were taken at Polihale. It was a perfect day. I had never seen so many vehicles in all the camping areas' parking lots and on the beach. A lot of people were having a very good beach time.
It was very windy in Kekaha when I left for Polihale:

Kekaha Beach.

Kekaha's beach is one end of Hawaii's largest beach...the other end is Polihale Beach. When I got to Polihale, all the parking areas were jammed full. As I was driving past camping area #2, I heard a whistle. It was Lloyd who heard my car approaching. Kirk has a new pickup and I hadn't recognized it outside of the Cubby Hole camp spot.
We had a nice relaxing day watching people having a lot of fun on a perfect day. I'm behind schedule and I took a lot of photos and I want to put them up for beach people I know to see. Most of the following are in the order they were taken.
People come to Polihale from all around the island for special holidays...and there was some surf which is unusual at this time of the year at Polihale. I'm lucky...I live 12 miles away.
